Personal Nutrition PlansAre you sick of ‘dieting’? Do you want to learn how to eat good food, get to a weight you are happy with and achieve your health goal?

We know that diets don’t work long term. I offer people alternative solutions to their existing diet. A gradual change each week to get to where you want to be. We all like different food. We have different time constraints and activity levels.

What works for your friend, might not work for you. I have learned this from personal experience, as well as professionally. The advice you receive is right for you and no-one else. I absolutely thrive on finding your ‘right way’.

Initial Consultation £40

A 60-minute consultation where we discuss your current eating habits, your diet history, your attitudes towards food, lifestyle and everything in-between. This is perfect if you have been on “diets” in the past and want to reset your attitude towards your eating habits, but don’t know where to start. This can be used as a stand-alone advice service or prior to ‘My 8 Week Personal Advice Programme’.

In order to gain an understanding of your eating habits, I will ask you to email me a seven day food diary prior to your initial consultation. I will study your diary and make detailed notes. I will ask a series of lifestyle and behavioural questions to get the full picture. We’ll work together to create a personal plan, by setting small goals. You will receive an email following our meeting with all your notes.

My 8 Week Personal Nutrition Advice Programme £150

After your initial consultation, you will learn the basics of nutrition and how to eat real foods for health and weight loss. Whatever your goal, this programme will give you a great foundation for life-long changes towards your attitude to healthy eating.

  • 8 x ½ hour weekly sessions
  • 8 x weekly personal emails with the advice and subjects we have discussed
  • Text support when needed
