Kitchen BootcampKitchen Bootcamp is an exciting brand new service that can take place in my kitchen or yours!

It can provide you with some culinary inspiration to get you excited about food again if you have lost your cooking mojo. I love creating food with people. I am a foodie who also loves nutrition and I can help get your fridge and freezer stocked up for the week ahead.

Before our meeting we discuss what you would like to cook, in a three hour session we can achieve a lot! I send your shopping list in plenty of time to give you time to get organised. You will also receive your own personal recipe book with all the recipes we have made and email support for any question that should arise after our session.

My Kitchen Bootcamp works well in conjunction with the 8 Week Programme.

1-1 Bootcamp – £80 for a 3 hour session.

  • Each subsequent hour will be charged at £20/hour

Small Group Bootcamp – £120 for a 3 hour session.

  • Each subsequent hour will be charged at £30/hour

Travel expenses will be added for journeys over 5 miles.
