Our young people at Dance Base just had a fantastic session with Kate looking at macronutrients and the food they need to fuel their body in order to dance. Kate made three different dishes with the group allowing them to try new foods and work out what they liked and how they could adapt it to their own tastes.
She worked well with our participants, many of who are usually anxious with new people. Kate even managed to get our notoriously fussy eaters to try new food including lentil and mushroom bolognaise which they said was tasty!
